If I made a movie about starclimber, I think it should have all the characters from the book because that would be good. I have not idea what will happen next but I wonder if the rocket would come crashing down to Earth and the actors should be: justin bieber as tom cruise, paris hilton for kate, steven seagal as sheapard, Hayden Christensen as tobias, pauly shore as captain walken

ReplyDeleteThey are a journalist a cook a scientist and a ...monkey and those are the personalities that are important on a maiden voyage except for the monkey. The reason that miss Simpkins isn't coming is because she does not have anything that the trainers want or need she is just a babysitter for Kate.
I would use George of the curious for Haiku and Angelina Jolie for Kate Devries. Morgan Freeman as dr. Vancenshleimer Tom Cruise as Matt Cruise.and John Cena for Shepard
And Zac Efron as tobias and Ed sheeran as Captain Walken. Dr Hugh Snuffler will be Brad Pitt. Miss Evelyn Karr will be Dolly Parton.

I would use selena gomez as kate because she cares a lot and she is always to be first to find out new things in a lot of movies. I would choose Abel Tesfaye for Matt because kate and matt like each other and so do them.

I think that all of them were chosen for a purpose. Haiku was brought because Miss Karr wanted him to, Chef Lad was brought for delicious cuisine instead of microwave foods(Yuck),Miss. Karr for the daily news sake and Miss. Simpkins was left behind because she really did’nt need to go to the expedition. She had no purpose. I think for the actor question I think that Emma Roberts reminded me of Kate because she reminded me of that independent, strong woman in this amazing book,I thought that David Fisher looked a booked a bit like Matt because he reminds me of that smart and loyal man.

Chef Vlad was chosen because he served on the Aurora and he accidently light the Governor or France on fire and ran into Mr.Lunardi. Miss Karr and Haiku was chosen because she is the best Canadian photographer and she refused to come unless Haiku was allowed to come.
ReplyDeleteI would choose Zac Efron to act as Matt because he is a action and adventure actor and because he is funny. For Kate I would pick Debby Ryan because she has a perfect personality as Kate. For Tobias I think Chris Rock should act as him he is a nice person and in the movie Tobias is nice. Shepard has a personality as Dwayne Johnson so I would pick him. I would choose Robert De Niro for Professor Turgenev. I would pick Will Smith as Captain Walken. Gordon Ramsay as Chef Vlad and last for miss Karr I would pick Tatyana Ali.

Miss Simpkins was maybe left behind because she did not want to go on the first spaceship and get hurt some how in the ship or Sir Hugh Snuffler got tired of her talking. If I was the producer then I would choose Jennifer Lawrence when she had brown hair to be Kate because she is usually go my her word and tough. How she would suit the role is because she is brave and smart so I think Jennifer Lawrence would do good and for Matt I think Zac Efron because he like to do new thing in life. How he would suit Matt the role is by he is up for the challenge.

First, Sir Hugh Snuffler was brought onto the voyage because he was chosen to investigate and discover and find out what space is all about with Kate Devries, with Sir Hugh taking things in a more “logical” way and Kate taking things more openly.
ReplyDeleteSecond, Chef Vlad was chosen for the voyage to be a … well, chef. The team would starve without a food source, duh.
Third, Miss Evelyn Karr was chosen for the voyage to photograph all the many wonders of space and to bring home pictures of unusual stuff and the astralnauts in space, ‘cause you need evidence to know if the voyage was real, right “the moon-landing was fake” believers?
Oh, and last but not least, Haiku. Haiku was chosen on the voyage to be the first ever animal in space (and to be Sir Hugh’s torturer, in his eyes).
Miss Simpkins did not go because she didn’t want Kate to go if she was the only one on space, also because she had a new boyfriend, so Kate said Miss Simpkins didn’t have to go, so she didn’t.
If I were to produce a movie based on Starclimber, I would choose these actors for the roles:
Tom Holland as Matt Cruse because he looks like he has the spirit and wonder of Matt, and he’s young enough as well.
I’m kinda stuck with an actor for Kate, so um maybe Jennifer Lawrence ‘cause… I don’t really know I guess I’m stuck so ok. (:^))
Miranda Richardson as Miss Evelyn Karr - I was thinking of her because she has the “intellectual” look for her, as well as a journalist, as she played Rita Skeeter in Harry Potter, who was a journalist.
If he was still alive, Richard Griffiths as Sir Hugh Snuffler because he was very plump and fitted the perfect “snobby” role with his personality.
Also, If he was still alive after the events of the Death Star exploding, Peter Cushing as Chef Vlad mainly because he played Dracula whose transylvanian, as well as the Glorious chef himself. (Actually, Chef Vlad would be himself because no one would DARE replace him.)
And also (again) if he was still alive, Jim Henson as the puppeteer for Haiku, or for an alive person, Frank Oz. They’re both very good puppeteers and Haiku wouldn’t have the same charm he has in the books if he was played by a real monkey (mostly because the monkey would be hard to control, except for harassing Sir Hugh). Neat.

ReplyDeleteSir Hugh Snuffler is a scientist ( just like Kate) so they use him to identify any life form that they find on the trip. Chef Vlad if a chef (of course) so he cooks for everybody on the Starclimber so they have food. Miss Evelyn Karr is a photographer, so they use her for taking photographs of cool moments along their journey and to take pictures of the new life forms they find. Haiku was chosen to entertain and Miss Karr would not go on the trip if Haiku couldn't come. Miss Simpkins was left behind because she wanted to stay with her boyfriend and she was supposed to come because Kate's parents wanted another girl on the trip. Kate told her that she could stay on the Earth because Miss Karr was coming so Miss Simpkins didn't have to come.
I would pick Emma Watson for Kate Devries because they both have the
adventurous personality. For Matt Cruse, I would chose Zac Efron because Zac Efron is brave, handsome, a good actor and his personality is similar to Matt's in some of the movies he has acted in. I would choose John Cena for Shepard because Shepard is is a big tough guy that thinks he is the best at everything and that is kind of similar to John Cena. For Tobias, I chose Ryan Gosling because he is also brave and they share similar personalities, like their humor and they support other people. For Sir Hugh Snuffler, I chose Richard Griffiths (Harry Potter’s uncle) because they are both very snobby and I just imagine that Sir Hugh Snuffler would look exactly like Richard Griffiths. For Miss Evelyn Karr, I would choose Ashley Tisdale because they are both very bossy and pretty. Last, but not least, for Haiku, I would choose Caesar from the movie “War of the Planet of the Apes” because they are both monkeys.

I would chose Gal Gadot because she acted in the Wonder Woman movie, i think Gal Gadot did a pretty good job playing that role and i thought Kate has some character traits that’s like Wonder Woman. I would choose John Hutcherson from The Hunger Games for Matt Cruse. For Miss Evelyn Karr i would choose Julianne Moore because her age and personality is cool and a bit scary. Kevin Spacey would be good for Chef Vlad because he plays movies that has lots of different traits. I chose Crystal the Monkey for Haiku >_<. Richard Griffiths would be perfect for Sir Hugh because he was actor of Vernon Dursley in harry potter who was a very mean and strong minded man. I would also choose Christopher Lloyd for Doctor Turgenev who acted as Doc Brown in Back To Future.

1. Sir Hugh Snuffler made it because he is a zoologist to discover animals (creatures). Chef Vlad made it on the expedition because i'm pretty sure he is a famous chef and the needed food on the ship. Miss Evelyn Karr and Haiku are coming on the ship because Ms.Karr is taking photos for the newspaper and Haiku is Ms.Karr’s pet. I don't know why Miss Simpkins couldn't make it.

I will choos Robert Pattinson in Matt Cruise because he is strong and i think he will be the perfect part in the job,i will do Kristen Stewart as Kate DeVries because she is smart tough and she knows what she is doing. For shepard i would ask Steve Buscemi because he doesn't seem like a nice person and i would picture him as not as good looking and a show off. I would choose Leslie Jordan for the role of Sir Hugh Snuffler because he looks like he would have an accent and in my head he would look like him. Last but not least I would give the role of Tobias to Ansel Elgort because i think he would be good for this role he is strong, funny ( im guessing)

I think that Chef Vlad was chosen because they had him onboard the Aurora and they are familiar with what he cooks.
