  1. They are tested on gravity, staying away from their family and to work almost all day and night.

They are tested on strength, gravity and their speed.

    3. I would probably be good in strength because of the gravity in space. I would also be good in speed because space is kind of like underwater and i am fast underwater.I would have difficulty staying away from my family. I would miss my famiky when i would be out in space.

  4. The physical skills, emotions, and personality/character traits astralnaut candidates are tested on are stamina, agility, strength and bravery.
The testers are looking for brave and strong men that can do orders when asked. They are also looking for men who can swim or do ship maintenance whenever needed.
I do not think I would do well because I would not want to go to space in the first place. If I was travelling in the Starclimber I would be scared of the cable snapping. I do not think that I would excel at all if I were travelling in space.

  6. The physical skills that astronauts are tested on are being able to work in tight spaces, working without any gravity and handling problems under pressure. They are also tested on personality traits like if they get annoyed easily, if they can work with things going on around them and if they are sad or depressed all the time.
The testers see if you are fit, if you can work under pressure and to see if you can help out in space and not get scared.
I don't think I would do good on the tests because I would not be able to work with noise and distractions or in a cramped space with other people talking. I also don’t think I would be able to fix things with zero gravity. It would also be hard to go without my family and risking my life.

I think were tested on Strength, Teamwork and brain power and how long your body can hold together. If i was tested i would probably fail on the first test. I think i will be good at the test where they put you in a space suit and you had to fix the ship part while in water. I would have difficulty with the test where you’re an a ride and trying to find the lights

  17. 1#:I think they were tested on how strong and masculine they were. Also testing wether they were wimps or not so basically seeing if they were tough or weak, brave or scared ,focused or not.
    2#
The men were tested for agility and speed like when they went through a agility course. They were also tested for how hard they could focus in a life or death situation. When all five men were crammed in to a metal tube that would rock and roll, turn hot and cold and on top of that, they had to do some what hard math test. The men also made a test pretty much for themselves! By working together to solve the tricky test. They were tested for swimming skills when they almost had to solve an underwater puzzle in a puffy suit (Mr. Cruise almost drowned to death!).They were tested for how long they could last spinning faster and faster by the minute, yet turning upside down and back upright again. How would you react to tests like this to just maybe go to a space expedition???
#3:I think I would ace the spinning ride and the agility course.I would have difficulty with the testing tube machine and I would most likely not make it to the alstralnaut expidition because I am terrified of heights.

pressure on them. To walk with no gravity and to work in tight spaces. You need to be happy not depressed or sad.

3.The areas I would excel on is the emotional and personality stuff. I would not excel on the physical skills.

What are the testers looking for in an astralnaut?
How do you think you’d perform on the astralnaut tests? Where do you think you would excel in these tests? What areas would you have difficulty with?

1 How good they are at swimming. How athletic they are and how would they react and would they be okay in 0 gravity. How good were they at bungy jumping. If they were good underwater. A person that doesn't get mad easily.

2 A person that will do whatever they are supposed to. Also someone that can stay away from their family for a long. An important thing is you would need to know alot about space.

3 I live on Branon lake and have a dock a 30 second walk away so i am really good at swimming and holding my breath. And i would know not to get annoyed with other people. But the only bad thing is i have an allergy to peanuts so i couldn't eat peanuts. RYlan

  21. The physical skills, emotions, and personality/character traits Astralnaut candidates are tested on are strength, stamina, endurance, bravery, not claustrophobic, someone who stays focused and is independent.

The testers are looking for quick thinking, how they act in certain situations, strength, endurance and stamina.

I think that i would fail the astralnaut tests because i am not that great at the things they were tested on. I think i would excel on the swimming and the gliding test. I think i would have a hard time with the math test because the astralnauts were crammed in a small space and i have claustrophobia.

  22. How good they are at swimming and how athletic they are, are they good with balancing. For emotions they would probably want a person that does not get mad easily, they don’t have depression. Will they let their feeling get in the way of work, are they happy most of the time, are they responsible, can you rely on them .
A person that’ s calm and that can handle things appropriately, and they can handle tight spaces ,Can they spend a long time without their family.
I think I would do okay but i am claustrophobic and i have so much muscle that when i swim i sink to the bottom true fact and i am really emotional .
